Comprehensive first aid and CPR training course for those who have already received their Standard First Aid training within the last three years.  This course includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines, and meets federal and a variety of provincial / territorial regulations for Standard First Aid and CPR.

This  course is provided through an eight hour in class training session - no online component is required.

 

​​Upon successful completion of the training you will receive a Canadian Red Cross Standard First Aid/CPR level C / AED certificate which is valid for three years.
